Risk Control Matrix Reviewer 🛠️

This review tool analyzes your Risk Control Matrix (RCM). It is currently designed for reviewing a single entity, not multiple entities. The accuracy of the results depends heavily on the quality and correctness of your input data. Each run can take up to 15 minutes.

Specific process review: If you only want to review a specific process (e.g., Revenue & Receivables), first remove unrelated controls from your RCM file. Then upload only the process descriptions relevant to that specific process (i.e., in this case Revenue & Receivables narratives).

Full RCM review: Upload all process descriptions for every business cycle included in your RCM.

1. Add your files

  • Must-have
    • Risk Control Matrix — Excel (must contain just a single sheet with the content)
    • Business Process Descriptions — PDF or Word
  • Optional
    • Company General Information — PDF or Word
    • Balance Sheet — Excel (must contain just a single sheet with the content)
    • Income Statement — Excel (must contain just a single sheet with the content)

Upload each file into the correct slot. The review cannot start without the two required documents.

2. Paste your API key

Supply your personal OpenAI key in the field provided.

3. Press Start Review

The assistant reads the documents, checks grammar, spots inconsistencies, and compares controls with the described processes. A neatly formatted report appears a few minutes later.

What you get

  • Review report outlining:
    • risks not covered by controls,
    • design weaknesses,
    • internal inconsistencies,
    • grammar issues, and
    • suggested improvements.
